Looking at it, 4 away matches, it's going to be tough going, and nothing simple at home either.. could be hard work to survive.

I think two of the three home games are pretty winnable. Galway or Down away look good chances too.

Bit of deja vu here. How often do we have to play Meath in Navan and end up with the last match away to Galway? Clare at home is disappointing as it would have been a good overnight trip. Vital that we get some early points on board.

Might be a bit of a stupid question but if work on Conleths dressing rooms starts in Jan, would that prevent us from hosting home games?? I hope not anyway. The teams might have to get ready in Coffeys!!

Six points will most likely keep us up as most teams are around the same level and will take points off each other. No doubt it will be tougher since we have what looks like a very young squad this year.
Meath away as usual, how many times is that now. Horribly long trip to Derry and Down not far behind added to Galway and there will be many miles covered.
Nothing really excites me about the league this year,  I think the way the teams fell home and away takes an edge of the excitement.

Feel that we'll need a good start to ensure our safety first and foremost, unfortunately we've probably our hardest 3 games up first.
Probaby sounds premature but those 3 early games could well define our year. A good start and get a bit of confidence going with a team that will likely have a few new faces and perhaps we could even start looking at promotion. A string of defeats on the back of a pretty poor 2016 and we're likely to see the pressure mount on all involved quite quickly
