friend of mine on the UCD team reckons it's only a dislocation of the shoulder joint and he should be fit again in 6 to 8 weeks.

Ah is that all Smile

Fuck me that's plenty enough - suppose best it happens this time of year to recover in time for later league games/championship.

Just hope its fixed properly - these things have a habit of popping out again if not fix properly (ala Chalky's shoulder issues and Martin Riggs in Lethal Weapon)

I really hope its not too bad. It would be a shame if it was worse than we know.
Hope he gets a full recovery

Indeed I am, has actually put me in very bad humour despite having the feet up after a long day and a beer in my hand. The young guy from Kilcock who played Sunday might have a bigger role than first thought this season if he can keep up the performances!

Just got text from friend in Irish Times who was just putting together tomorrow's paper and he said he's gone for year. And he knows better than to joke over such a matter as it's ruined my evening.

Hope you are right though but I'd imagine KFM just took it from Sun or whatever paper Carew spoke to earlier.

If true its unfortunate on Peter. But i wouldn't be calling it terrible news as he is young enough to make a full recovery and will return stronger.
