Micko is returning to Kildare to manage the Kildare over 40's team in a challenge mathc against Sarsfields on friday 5th August with all of the proceeds going to charity

Anyone hear how the game went on friday last between Kildare Over 40's and the sash Over 40's, who won, who togged out and did the battery from the defibulator last the game?? Wink

The final score was Kildare 0-13 Sarsfields 0-10.

Was that anyone over 40 who plays football in Kildare ? I was better than at least half of them myself and I would say that the other half never wore the white jersey Sad

Not a lot of the old guard would be able to tog out due to injury from all the hard knocks over the years. A lot of very good footballers in that Kildare lineup all the same
