this shows how badly run kildare gaa is. the big clubs always have power over small clubs

Keith and Kenny Duane,James Lonergan and ger naughton played that castledermot game as they were not on the 20 that moorefield named that can only played senior at the start of the year. they never played again in the league after that game.Liam Keane never played any game for the second team in Div 2.

Also robbie delaney doesnt even play fro Moorefield and didnt play last year either.

As for Ciaran Kelly and Ian Lonergan, both missed alot of the year through travelling and injury so were not in the 20 and then did not play in the championship so they have played for our second team.

I wouldnt really say its pot luck as to what team you play as apart from that castledermot game, the team that our seconds have put out have been very consistent. young players like Eddie Heavey,Tom McDermott and Alan kenny all getting their chance, combined with experienced players like alan melia,niall whyte padraig and shane canavan.

Reserve E - Grange v Ellistown

Ellistown beat Grange well in the reserve E game, Grange only scored 2 or 3 points. Any other results form the weekend

Kill Bt Athgarvan by 2 pts and Kevins bt Ballymore by 3 pts oth in the C Champ....

Raheens beat Grange in the reserve E game last night. Draw for next round etc, tomorrow evening in Pfizer Newbridge.

Celbridge beat JTB in the reserve D

At this stage why can't the reserve games be played at the wkends. It's not as if any first team games are takeen place to get in the way!

well they cant be played this weekend with kildare,alot of 1st teams wud be playing saturday aswell,sure it was played last weekend wasnt it??

As far as i know it was played monday night. Well our game was. I suppose they'll have to be played at weekends soon as the evenings aren't going to be bright enough. I don't know why 1st team 'friendlies' dictate when reserve grades are played.
