There is surely no way that Lynch will start against a strong running Cork midfield. He has had absolutely no game time at all this year. Foley has been man of the match in his last 2 starts at Midfield / I very much doubt he will be moved from there. Same goes for Flynn / can't see him starting given his lack of game time to date. Barring injuries can only see the same team starting against Cork - with the likes of Leper / Chalky / PON / SJ held in reserve for the second half as legs will inevitably tire.

| I think McGeeney doesn't have much of a choice when it comes to moving Foley to full back , I really don't think that McGrillan has the required physicality to deal with Walsh and in particular Nicholas Murphy because these two will alternate between mid and full forward constantly | |

| I have to say I am really surprised with the level of indifference from all media sources with Kidare's victory on Saturday, Brolly and the printed media were not overly impressed, I thought we were superb, and although the scoreline was only 13-4 we dominated the game completely and should have won by 25 points, the hunger was very evident and we forced a massive amount of turnovers, and the suport was magnificent, it took us almost 45 minutes to walk the lenght of parked cars on the road out of Roscommon to our car, and many more parked further out than ours, the journey home is alway easy after a performance like that. | |

| In McGeeneys first year we played Cork in the quarter finals and staged a late rally to almost catch them after they raced into a big early lead. Does anyone know how many of that Kildare are likely to line out next Sunday | |

| From those teams we will have 7 of the starting team whuke Cork will have 3 of theirs, this is going to be incredibly difficult, Cork are league champions for the last 3 years and All-Ireland champions 2 years ago, I know people are saying this is a great time to catch Cork but they have only ever lost one quarter final, which was last year when they were beset by injuries, we have a chance but will have to reach a much higher level than we ever have since Micko was in charge. | |

| After all the years of people saying we cant beat the "big teams" how sweet would it be to beat Cork, Kerry and Dublin all in a row to win the All-Ireland.
If Carlsberg did dream scenarios..........

| I'd settle for beating Cork for starters. A massive ask, but we won't be too far off. Worth remembering that, for the fifth year in a row, 24 counties would love to swap places with us. | |

| Any watch Sunday game last night? It's getting worse!
The two clowns were going on about Kildare not scoring goals, but yet Kerry have just one more goal than us. Also with no natural forwards we've scored 3 more points than Kerry!!! Not to mention we've a very good defensive set up with out playing over defensive.
Looking forward to Sunday already, compared to other years we have great options from the bench, paudie, Flynn, early, Seanie, leaper, Fogarty & Dowling plus gary whyte and macloughlin in defence.

| Jeez peoples Cork are very very confident altogether. Are we that poor? This game is only a warm-up for the semi.
Should I text Geezer and tell him? He could stick my post up on the dressing room wall.

| All the crap about Seanie Johnston over the last few months, while disruptive at the time with all the negative media may actually have gelled this team even more. The meath loss, much as it sickened me may actually be a blessing. Since that game the pundits have done a big u-turn and gave us (most willing a loss) no chance of progressing this year. For the first time in 4 years we are completely written off as All Ireland contenders. Compared to every other year we have had practically no tv coverage, very little in national reports and begrudged our wins to date.
Think the lads will shove it up the lot of them on Sunday !!!
Up the lillies !

| The Meath loss is incomprehensible They are a seriously poor team who will do well to avoid going into Division 4 in 2013. Joe Sheridan and Kevin Reilly were always good players and their no 2 is promising but the rest are simply not good enough. When the year is over , Kildare should have a serious look at that game and the reasons for the defeat because I cannot get my head around it. If we had won Leinster we would have Laois and Mayo / Down to get to an AI final Anway we will have to do it by the hard route | |

| I'm very surprised at people not acknowledging the emergence of Eoghan Doyle.
He was excellent against Limerick and again was excellent against Sligo. Kicked scores in both games. Has been a brilliant find and is only 20/21. Someone asked earlier could he cope with Kerrigans pace. Doyle has pace to burn. Couldn't make the Kildare Junior team last year and here he is now in an All Ireland 1/4 Final.
Again another talent with a bif future unearthed by McGeeney and the management.
