Allenwood at this early stage are favourites for the drop I suspect !! There will be a battle between a number of teams to avoid joining Allenwood.

Looks like, Towers, Rathangan, Raheens and Kilcoock will battle out promotions, while Grange look doomed already

Suncroft must be odds on for the drop to intermediate football next year and maybe even Div3. They have lost a lot of their big players and I hear one or two more are heading to the states for the summer.

Athy starting to get back there under 21 lucky against celbridge, they scored a cracker of a goal at the end, a free kick from 30 yards out with 8 athy men on the line, and the celbridge forward still got it into the roof of the net, a brilliant goal. We need a few more wins to be safe, I think 7 wins would do it, hopefully we can kick on from here, Carbury is coming up very soon in the champship should be a cracker, fancy carbury to sneak it just.

Suncroft have been odds on for the drop for a good few years now Taibi, when you only have to win once any team can go down once they get stuck in a rut.

I never for a minute thought they would go down last year. I predicted Towers or Kevin's from a long way out. They are in serious bother this year though and I don't see them escaping this time. They have a small pick so they cannot compete when they lose a few players.

It must seem like a lifetime again since they toppled Sarsfields a couple of years ago.

Ah Bta I am hitting the ignore button for you from now on, I wish you could have a sensible debate and read my posts more carefully. I do not condone violence against players from whatever source it comes from, I hate cynical play were players lay on the ground and pretend to be injured to get another lad sent off, I see this at club matches quiet a lot and it makes my blood boil, this is creeping into games and I think it should be eradicated .

On another note I am glad to see Castledermot doing so well in the league, the larries look very strong again this year, interesting chpship ahead, I fancy moorefield this year .

Great comeback by Sash who scored 1.03 without reply in last 3 minutes to win it.

Rheban 3-18 Raheens 3-14 after extra time.

A Great game from two excellent sides which saw Rheban, who were 5 points down in the final 10 minute period of injury time score 2-03 to win it .

Ye, I caught the majority of the extra time in the Div 2 game, was an excellent game with some great score being taken by both sides.

I presume the next round won't be on until Kildare are knocked out of the championship so I'd imagine it'll be made then.

No rush to make the draw as there will be a break for the Leinster Championship (and qualifiers!) but it will be done before Kildare are knocked out - it certainly was last year
