Ahhh County Board slush fund but the official line prob. used will be that Towers have the Res. B final on Sunday at 5-30.

I thought the same myself however it is 2 Double Headers, the Reserve 'A' final is on at 12 and then the 1.30 game. Then the 4.00 and 5.30 game. At least this way you are only paying into the game you want to see and not all 4 games and I surpose the stewards have to get a break also.

| Some scrap at the end of the Towers Match, Conor McGregor would have being proud of some of the slaps thrown.. How the Ref only sent off 3 is baffling.. Towers could be without 4 or 5 now for the Final (injuries and suspensions), so Im gonna go for the value and back Eadestown. | |

| All started by the Castledermot #11 : Towers #4 can feel very aggrieved at his dismal | |

| The Towers No. 4 is also their Captain, and it looks like He will now miss the Inter Final, at worse He was only defending Himself from the barage of punches the Oposition No. 11 was throwing in His direction.. | |

Completely true : how Gary Hendy stayed on the pitch after his elbow to Scahill after scoring the first goal is a mystery too.

| Only thing with that is if they use video evidence : others may be suspended (or can that happen).
Big Houlie be most at risk if that is the case.

| Poor old innocent Towers. Cornish didn't deserve a red but at least two other Towers players did. It'd be wise for them to keep their mouths shut and count their blessings their big midfielder and keeper are available for the final.
I seem to remember them being involved in another melee against JTB at the end of a game last year.

| Wouldnt argue with that Taibi.. but the point being made was in P Cornish defence.. and if others were to be punished as mentioned fair enough, but the innocent One shouldnt be. | |

| If they try to introduce video evidence it must be shown in its entirety and yes the CCC can punish players for any infractions noted on the video! They should ask TMH! | |

| Obviously miles away but some fine pictures there, like a bar fight, a lot of rolling around, heaving breathing, few punches.
Guessing the Castledermot 11 started it all and should be banned. But from that, the Towers 4 threw a punch which even in retaliation you can't do, their 17 shouldn't have been on the pitch, never mind throwing blows, and their keeper got in his fair share of blows as well. That's three suspensions for final from still pictures alone no?

| Nothing like a bit of a shamozell to liven up a poor enough game.....some good digs thrown and no doubt there will be some lads paying a visit to the powers that be in the CCC..... | |

| Yeah it was a poor Game, and if Castledermot hadnt kicked an absolute stackfull (lost count) of wides, they wouldnt have had to try and win the fight.. I wouldnt have liked to be on the end of some of those blows from the Big Towers Midfielder. | |

| Towers player (C) seems very brave with a crowd around him but didn't seem to be up to much on the old one to one basis!

Towers player (C) knew he was four points up with time up and a county final in 2 weeks, that's why he didn't throw a punch. Suppose it made no difference, since he got sent off (wrongly) anyway...
