Long way off but we play the winners of Carlow and Offaly in the Leinster quarter-final next year.
Other quarter-finals: Meath v winners of Wexford v Wicklow Laois v winners of Louth v Longford Westmeath v Dublin
The draw for the semi-finals takes place after the quarter-finals.

Long way off.....how prophetic those words proved to be.
Draw for the Leinster semi-final made tonight - Kildare's QF winner will play winner from the Meath QF.
Championship scheduled to be played off over 8 weekends with no qualifiers. Championship scheduled to start on October 31st with the All Ireland Final set for December 19th.

I’m very concerned that Jack O’Connor and Co are not taking this seriously , we looked like a pub team pre Corona ... the victory over Laois papering over the cracks... good we avoided Dublin in potential semi but I don’t fancy our chances of meeting them in the final.

Won't be easy to beat Dublin if we reach the final given they've been training away all along against rules.

Where’s the evidence Dublin have been training away?

Quite damning that they wouldn't give an answer when offtheball asked all County boards were their team training before the start date. Only themselves and Limerick wouldn't speak at all. Armagh and Tyrone said no comment. Everyone in Leinster said no bar Dublin.
If they have they should be severely punished, but we all know they'll have a blind eye turned.

I think all of Kildare’s game(s) will be in Croker to facilitate social distancing.

Players suffering recurring injuries points to issues within either S&C or physio in the county set up. Some of the players have hamstrings made of wet toilet paper. What’s up?

So you treat the injury accordingly. Same for Neil Flynn. At this stage they’re probably playing 1 match in 2 or 3. If you send a car to the garage to get fixed you don’t expect it to keep breaking down with the same problems. No doubt the CB are paying top dollar to whoever is in charge of their recovery.

I would have to agree a bit. They are getting the best physio and conditioning and yet they seem to be doing the same stuff. Surely players know what their body need to warm up correctly and avoid injury as much as possible

I think the panel needs a good shake up and I would say Jack o Connor feels that he is going to start from scratch and build a new panel as you can nearly wright off this year as there is no hope in beating Meath and Dublin.
I feel that, as club members and indeed involved with teams at club level within the county, if a new updated panel had been selected it should be announced on the Kildare Gaa website.
Only 32 players on panel will get expenses for rest of inter county season

I totally agree. I always felt it was good for the gas public in kildare to know who was on the kildare panel. It should be published at the start of a campaign

New panel or not, is anyone bothered this year. Given the world we live in I'll be honest this years Championship has no interest for me and in my opinion should be shelved.
There will be no crowds, no summer evenings or days, it will be a dour affair with the usual winner, there's nothing in it for supporters. The GAA should have concentrated on the clubs and left it at that until next March.
Totally agree Rex, I have zero interest this year. They should play the remaining league games and have the divisions sorted for next year. Great opportunity to let the clubs have a clear run for once.
