Given the highly likely prospect of the country going into Level 5 for the month of January, will the GAA be forced to revise the calendar they released last week. I thought when it was released last week, what was the rush to start at the end of February. If they moved this back a month to the beginning of April or even mid April to have the leagues finished by June bank holiday weekend would be more realistic. A July All Ireland final is not realistic with numbers being as they are, unless they plan to play another intercounty championship behind closed doors.

Hard to see any remaining 2020 club fixtures being fulfilled now also.

I think they should scrap all 2020 comps yet to finish to be honest.

Unfortunately it's not looking good, if professional footballers and rugby teams can't control it how can a team of amateurs ( and I mean that as non-professional as opposed to the teams attitudes ) control it when they have to go home to families every night and work everyday after training.

I hear a lot about these 'bubbles' but you can't be in a bubble in Hawkfield at 7.00 p.m. on any week night and still be in the same bubble 48 hours later in Hawkfield after being home, to work, to school etc.
