Seeing a few clubs post on the socials that their players have made the panel for the Summer, but haven’t seen a list or a post from Kildare GAA myself.. has anyone the team?

I see Athy Twitter congratulating Paidi Behan. Has he transferred from Kilcullen? Second decent junior club player they have poached in last year or so. Hardly seems right.

Not right in the slightest. The other chap moved from Rheban to Athy, about a 10 minute drive between the two clubs. What bullsh1t excuse was condured up to allow this?
Hate to see this kind of thing, the strong get a little stronger while the lowly rural club loses its best player.

I think Paidi played with Athy upto u14 or u15 and then moved to Kilcullen. Yeah its very odd and not what the Gaa is about.

Facts lads facts. Paudi temporary left athy under 16s with his family to move to Kilcullen, it was agreed so his family could go look after his father s parents who where both terminally ill. They have both passed away since and paudi and his family moved back to athy in early 2020. Paudi hasn’t played for Kilcullen since 2019.

McEntee actions this year of a mad man. Made his son captain and its arguable he prob shouldn't be in the team.

Beaten 1-15 to 1-13 by Westmeath tonight.
Conceded 1-2 in the last 5 minutes without reply

Apart from Flanagan himself neither Bolton or Scanlan have any management experience showed there tonight when we couldn’t close it out.
I watched this and it was very disappointing. We gave away scoreable free after scoreable free despite ample warning the ref was whistle-happy. I thought Westmeath deserved it in the end.
People go on about our great underage record but it's becoming a bit patchy. We've now won one championship match in three seasons at this level. In the meantime Dublin have been in the last two All-Ireland finals.

Giving away 10 points from frees plus a mark is putting yourself behind the eight ball straight away. We also missed a number of frees ourselves. Since 2018, we have now lost to Laois twice and Westmeath at this level since winning that All-Ireland.

Galway are current u20 all Ireland football champions
Kildare2000, I know Galway are the u20 champions, that’s why I said Dublin had been in the final

Watched the match on Kildare Gaa 1st thing the advance mark is the biggest joke of a rule please do away with this its a stupid stupid rule my god. 2nd What way are players being coached in Kildare at underage we seem to produce the same type of player good athlete with a soft under belly there was no aggression, lads didn't know what system was the basics of football was poor now Westmeath were no better but when it was there for the winning they went for it. I just think looking at the underage are lads just happy to say im on the panel?

Anyone watch the Leinster final earlier? Was shocked at how bad Dublin were. They were atrocious. If this is what the golden boys have coming through then we may begin to see them finally falter. Beyond awful.
Well done to Offaly, an extremely well drilled side. First title at that grade in 25 years.

They weren’t good, atrocious and beyond awful seems to be exaggerating it a bit.
Hopefully lessons are learnt in kildare and selecting the right coaches in future... But who knows.

Thing is Taibi, Dublin might only need to bring one or two lads from that Team trough, if any.. they've a constant supply.. we get one successful year, and expect 10 of that Team to make it.

Looks a decent panel for U20's this year. Its a big year and hopefully Brian Flanagan, Mark Scanlon and Emmet Bolton can go well in their second year.
