Has there been any decision on the Championship whether its going back to 3 preliminary rounds or remaining with 4 or going to 5?

I gather there will be a special Co. board meeting in the next 2 weeks to discuss fixtures. Delegates were told this on Tuesday night apparently. Presumably this will involve discussions on (a) League start date (which I think is provisionally planned for the first weekend in Apr) and format (i.e. whether they will revert to top 4 for semi-finals or not); and (b) dates and format for the Championships.

Championship ticket up to and inc Q-finals is great value , a pity they don't do one to cover the league

I was one of their more vocal critics as regards their pricing last season, and I think quite justified?, I see common sense has had at last won over, and its hard to argue with the prices for the coming season.
