The Kildare Camogie team will line out tomorrow in Ballykelly at 2.pm against Westmeath, in round 1 of the national league.

only saw teh result 0-17 to 3-8. Great to score 17 points but a sickener to only get a draw to a team that gets six less scores. Anyone at it? Sounds like it was entertaining anyway.

yeah it was closely fought. tight for much of the game and we were very lucky through siobhan Hurley to get the late equaliser. nevertheless a draw means we at least have one point on the board. some good performances on the field and some players showing what they are capable of. Early days and lots of work to be done. Laois are next.

Kildare play Roscommon tomorra in ballykelly at 2pm. Some player changes made since last day, most notably in goals, where Tanya Johnson plays instead of Brid byrnes. Aoife Trant is also starting. Best of luck to all involved.

That was a big win.

As I remember, KIldare & Ros were close rivals in recent years so it looks like Kildare have improved. Well done to all.

Yeah that is right. very strong performance good to see some of the other girls taking the scores. Roscommon were always hard to beat for Kildare,as they had beaten us in crucial games in the past, such as the all ireland semi final in 2009. Keep it going girls.

Well done Girls fantastic win! An absolute dog fight to the end. The experience of Siobhan Hurley to put that last one over took some nerve! Great result and back up in a divison where ye belong.

On a Personal note well done to my sister who started on sunday !

Delighted for the girls. To win it not playing their best is a great sign. I'd say Naas was lively Sunday night!
