The draws for Round 1 of the SFC, IFC, JFC & SHC will take place LIVE on Kfm's Weekend Sports Preview programme from 7pm on Good Friday.... Round 1 is scheduled to take place on the weekend of May 11/12.

The top game stands out. All of the other big guns have avoided each other.

Have to say that is a very tough draw for either Carbury & athy both of those teams seem to getting the tough draws the last couple of years. Looking forward to it though

Didn't hear them give the dates for senior championship but I presume it same as Junior and intermediate, 10-12 May, is that correct?

Athy in the c/ship for us but if we have to make it 3rd time lucky we'll have to beat these teams, looking forward to todays game v celbridge,hope the change of day doesnt mean change of ref, the lad thats down to ref lets the teams get stuck in and play

Tough one against carbury, I think athy have improved since last year, but carbury are a very good team and will be hard to beat

Celbridge v Naas looks like a tough one to call also.
IFC Rathangan v Robertstown looks tasty, as does JTB V Castledermot.
Are the Dates of 10/11/12 of May correct, as I am fairly sure the County Minors are due to play 2nd round Championship that Weekend. ?

Right in the middle if exams for 3rd level lads to, you would wonder sometimes are these things considered at all

The questions are always easier than the answers , just having a moan I suppose. There might not even be a perfect time but it will pose difficulties for some clubs

Championship a month away..... Any teams impressing in the league that could make an impact in the championship or take a scalp in Rd1 ?? I must say I am really looking forward to the Castledermot v JTB game. THat should be a cracker !!! On league form Castledermot are flying but with JTB missing so many at present they seem to be struggling in Div 1.

Anyone know the format for the junior A championship? It has been divided into 2 groups, so is it each team plays everyone in the group and top 2 in each to semi-finals?.

e.s.b. its 2 groups of 5 and 4 as ard clough have pulled out of it, what im hearing is that the top 2 teams in each group play semi finals, top plays 2nd in the other group

its what iv bn told ohtoohtobe, i could be wrong, if it is top 3 it must be top 2 in semi and other 4 play and 2 winners then play them,,as you said a bit ridiculous imo.

Athy are struggling at the moment, lots of injuries and absences, I hope to god we improve, we only scored3 points in our last game
