| Napoleon was famous for wanting lucky Generals. Cian O'Neill would be one of his favourites. Three years in a row he has avoided Dublin's side. Think it's a great draw especially with the super 8's this year. However we thought that two years ago.
But at least we have an opportunity to make it back to back Leinster finals and not knowing we are heading towards the qualifiers early.

| Everything lined up in our favour for one almighty crack at the Dubs... Particularly if we retain Div 1 status we'll go into championship on a real high. In other words - watch how we fuck it up!!
Just kidding - plenty to look forward to next year, bring it on.

| Important not because I think we get close to Dublin, but because I think the Super Eights is important. Manage to stay in Division One would mean that this summer we should*** be playing Dublin, Mayo and Kerry in massive games and then playing them all again at the start of 2019. That for me is invaluable. | |

| Relegation and a first round defeat to Louth followed by an early qualifier exit. Thats what im expecting from a Kildare side that has no heart and no bottle. | |

| Far to much optimism and looking forward to next year. Good to see hulk hogan dropping the big leg on any of that nonsense. | |

| Kildare showed plenty of heart and bottle last year against Dublin after conceding 2 early goals. No idea what happened against Armagh but wouldn't judge Kildare on that game alone. If we can improve defensively we can really progress next year. | |

| After seeing the majority of our county players perform terribly in the semi finals and final of the county championship I wouldn't be taking anything for granted with that draw. I am sure Cian would have noted the disappearance act by a lot of the county lads and hopefully nothing similar happens in the white jersey next season. | |

| Delaying criticism for naming Croke Park as the venue for Dubs v Wicklow as opposed to Aughrim. They're getting more cowardly with their greed. | |
