You mentioned O neill. Considr this !! He scored with his right from the righ hand side. Set up the goal with a run like a steam train past floundering Meath men, then scored with his left foot from the left. I tell you this team is more gifted than any Kildate outfit of the last 40 years. I haven't seem them live this year - stuck abroad but I'm coming home in September.

Paudie showed great skill in the build-up to that Smith goal- he bounced the ball with his left hand (a very hard thing to do when moving at full pace on a wet day) and then handpassed it with his left hand to avoid the block (or being blown for a foul handpass). To have that presence of mind under pressure is superb stuff.
