| Ya well they really should - there after getting some more experienced players back on the panel this year and that is a massive boost , considering the panel was made up of mostly minor aged players with the few senior players last year. | |

| Armagh are decent enough I think, hardy young wans... I see there was just a goal between them in the round-robin - the same will do this time. Best of luck. | |

| What a weekend, crazy emotions,
from the thrill of the final whistle in ashbourne on Saturday to the heartbreak 24 hours later in Croker,
But I hope this group of camogie players get all the publicity and recognition they deserve, it was a super performance , they came from behind. Thought captain Niamh Breen and centre back Carol Nolan were absolutely superb, there's great potential in this team to keep working their way up through the ranks. Some very young players on the team.
Well done to Tom, Melanie , Co. board and the great Kildare support that travelled to Ashbourne | |

| Well done to the girls, I agree I thought Carol Nolan in the second half was outstanding - I thought Armagh were very good also, they had some lovely players, much quicker to the ball than Kildare but they seemed to be slow to clear the ball by which time the Kildare players were on top of them. Kidlare were probably just that little bit more skilful but the Armagh management team had done a brilliant job preparing them - very quick & physical. The wind was a big factor as well Armagh weren't far enough ahead at half time so when Kildare got the wind in the second half they had a huge advantage. Most of these girls are young and with a few good minor prospects coming into the panel next year they should try and push on next year - its a big step up but with the right support the girls should be able for it, I'd like to see a bit more speed though!

| brilliant stuff, especially Róisín O'Connell's first half points that kept Kildare in it when they were wobbling. 20 years of hurt wiped away | |
