| Donegal by 2 (but I'd prefer a Kerry victory!) | |

| Is it just me or is the media coverage and hype hardly recognisable.... Not stirring it but if Dublin we're playing on Sunday you wouldn't be able to open a paper or turn on the radio without it making all the headlines. | |

| Well I'm going for Donegal to edge it - just wondering, does anyone know when the last time a team who'd been playing in Division 2 won the AI? Was it the Geezer Armagh team? | |

| Can't really make up my mind.. Tempted by the draw but heart says Kerry (can't abide Donegal)
Let's say Kerry by 2 | |

| 1-11 to 2-14 so Donegal by 6
Massive turnaround for them from a betting point of view, ranged from 12/1 to 14/1 outright before the first Mayo - Kerry match was played and are now slight favourites for today with pretty much every bookie.
Has the makings of a good final at least.

| Probably the worst All Ireland football final I've ever seen. Everything was right for a great game but the game is badly broken, pure muck and it was embarrassing to watch. Then Liam O'Neill on the Sunday Game bragging how the new system rewards the skilful player, what feckin skilful player? There was no skill shown yesterday, how Mikey Sheehy puts his name to that I don't know.
The Sunday Game is a joke, Spillane before the Mayo match lamented on the decline of Kerry football and last night he was crowing from the rooftops. And although I disagree with Colm O'Rourke giving Diarmuid Connolly player of the year based on club games in my eyes himself or Paul Flynn were players of the year.

| 11 of the team that started for Kerry yesterday started against us in the league. O'Mahony and Buckley came off the bench that day. Only Donaghy and Young didn't feature against us. Can't say I cam out of Newbridge that day thinking we've lost to this years all-Ireland champions. Dire spectacle but fair play to Fitzmaurice | |

| Yeah well done to Cian O Neill but he is no fool. He has involved himself with teams at a higher level than Kildare. Lets hope he will join our team soon and input what he has learned from TOP teams. HE obviously has the skills to help players improve their preparation. | |
