So we probably need to accept that the current management set up are going no where .

What do we need to do now to address our form and win a game, any game?

1. Change our S&C approach and change it now. Whatever we are doing in training just isn't working. Bring in someone new. Now.

2. Stop the zonal marking bullshit. Go absolute man to man in the back line on scoring forwards. Follow them everywhere. Drop other lads back to 45 and make ourselves hard to beat again. The zonal marking isn't working m we are leaving gaps everywhere. Work harder.

3. GAA has changed from 20 years ago. Young lads now new managing. The need to engaged with . They need to be brought along. We need to do better at this to get the best out of Whatever is left in our season.

4. Bring in Brian Flanagan in some capacity. Get rid of Nally - what hes selling the lads aren't buying .

Glen Ryan I would hope would not be too egotistical to not approach someone, anyone be it from S&C , coaching, managerial, psychology or whatever the case may be to try salvage something from our season .

Just to add... if we could somehow manage to remain in Div.2 it would be an achievement in itself... this should be the absolute aim now. And everything should be done to do this.

Whatever they've been doing in training hasn't been working. It needs to change and chnage now

Every crisis is an opportunity. If glen went out and I will be totally honest and put 15 men behind the 40 and limited the other team to 13 or 14 points that would be progress. He should just work in some defensive structure and get that right as he is trying to be guardiola at the moment the way we are trying to play. 3 times yesterday I seen Ben McCormack in the full back position ! I actually think this could be turned around quick enough if we started on the basics again.

Do you think they can pull it off though and stay up? That's the question.

I can't see them beating Meath and in this moment in time I feel they'll end bottom with zero points.

Would be some achievement to stay in div 2
The boys would probably get another year.

Go back to the 2022 gameplan. We threw it out after the Leinster final but it was good enough to make us competitive in the league and get us past Louth and Westmeath in the championship.
We understandably changed it to try compete better with Dublin but that’s not our problem right now. Our problem now is keeping it kicked out in D2. There’s no time so simplify everything to what the players are comfortable with. We can be more sophisticated under a new manager next year but sadly the new goal this season is just to stay in Sam.
