| See leper has a slight groin stain and could be out of the Offlay match | |

| Worse matches to lose him from, we should beat Offaly comfortably even without him,no offence to Kelf and the other Offaly lads, it's later in the year if we are still around that he becomes vital. | |

| Can't see it myself. Kildare are just far better than Offaly at this stage. Should be 6-8 points in it at the end. | |

| I agree with Carburyman there, Offaly will be up for this big time, we should have enough but it wont be a walk in the park, I'd settle for a 1 point win on this. JD said so himself. | |

| If we won by one point there'd be lads on here tearing their hair out. Should be winning this by at least 7 or 8 points if we're serious. And I think we'll do that. | |

| Leper's injury is a worry. Think myself that the Offaly game will be tight but we have enough to get over them. One game at a time but I feel we have learned our lesson fom the early exits at the hands of wicklow and louth. |

| some statement alright, that Leper wouldn't have started. Obviously the players won't be taking Offaly for granted. But if they can't beat this Offaly outfit, they're not what we thought they were. You'd have to be confident of a comfortable win on all known form. | |

| Ogie as you can see i said i didn't think Leper wouldn't start. Between is foot injury and groin now,i myself would think that he would have been a sub and come on later and save him. | |

two negatives make a positive. your orginal claim was "dont think he would have started with leper anyway". the word "anyway" led ogie and myself to think that you were saying even if leper wasn`t injured that mcgeeney wouldn`t have started him

Carburyman you're putting the heart crossways on me here. 'Heard' is vague, did you hear from a reputable source, I mean would you be confident that's true?

| Doesn't sound good . If its going to be that long it could well be season ending which could be season wrecking for Kildare.
A lot of positions we have cover for and others we'd get by without. But without the industry and guile of a fully fit Callaghan we'll struggle to breakdown the better teams.

| Leper is probably the most important cog in the Kildare wheel after JD. the Leinster Leader said he is struggling with a groin injury, and if it doesnt get better soon he may have to have specialist surgery by a revolutionary new method (which can only be carried out in the US) which would rule him out for 6-8 weeks. otherwise who know how long it will take. | |
