| Yeah, Jesus, can it with the anti-Moorefield stuff – you've made the same point 50 times at this stage. | |

| I don't have much issue with Kilkenny visiting Moorefield and certainly none with the 4 lads golfing. All Ireland winners have always visited clubs throughout the country. The Maynooth GAA one sticks in my craw though for a number of reasons. Essentially promoting Dublin via twitter. Message it sends to other counties is that we have no backbone as a county. Message to their own members is that we, as a club, don't really care that much about our own county. You could never accuse Moorefield of that. And all for a few measly quid. Thankfully someone has had good sense to take it down from social media. | |

| What bothers me more is the mention of the ' Dublin Jersey Table ' at a Kildare GAA team club blitz and I am hoping other clubs from Kildare are not involved in the blitz, particularly underage teams. | |

| Tommy you can shove that attitude towards Maynooth up your hole. It was people from Maynooth both in public and private who called it out. But that doesn't fit your narrative.
Personally saw it as careless, not realising the implications , not something out of Goebbels book. The club make sure to highlight every individual who represent Kildare. If you were balanced, you would recognise that and explain in a non-Dunphy/Hook troll. You can do better.

| Well they didn't call it out strong enough and didn't create enough of an environment to stop the club not so much thinking this will be a good item for our draw, but that we'd better tell the world this is what we're about. I'm about being truthfull not neutral, but since I've completely misread the pride of this Kildare club talking about the heroes next door and pushing their brand and their successes on their members, has the item been withdrawn from the draw and have the club made a statement or anything? | |

| Literally the only person I saw calling it with Tommy and he is rightly pointing out this BS wherever it goes on.
People need to call it out in their own clubs. I think it's totally wrong in Moorefield and would hope others feel the same if they see something similar in their own clubs.

| Imagine being from Cork, managing Kildare, then acting like you're dyed in the wool Dub.
Remember seeing Courtney at Meath game in Tullamore a couple of years back to spy on us for Dublin... I can't stand him tbh.

It’s not though. Dublin are our nearest neighbours and rivals. Kerry are not. Kerry wouldn’t get a Cork man into manage them. |

Well Jim Gavin has him as part of his backroom team so he’ll do as is necessary for the Dublin cause

| Haunted you only saw it from Tommy because you live in his echo chamber, on the days you venture outside your own.
No need to make a statement Tommy. It can be swept under the carpet just fine. If there's a lesson to be learned, those people have learned it. But you're happy to sh!t on the whole thing.
The club champions every age group, code and gender equally at club and county (Kildare) in addition to supporting the whole local community through social media. That's good enough for me.
No one needs to be tarred and feathered.

| So the club did nothing wrong, then the club did something wrong will address it, now the club can sweep it under the carpet and not deal with it? Make up your mind Ixus. | |

| @dontpullout so he's delighted Maynooth got hammered by a team who had Dub up presenting medals. Sounds a bit conflicted.
Fine to challenge the action of promoting Dublin. I'm in the very same camp. It's the other crap i can't tolerate. Tommy flips between a strong coherent point of view and stuff belonging to The Sun. It's probably utilised to stir debate.

| What stuff belongs to The Sun and why? I think the club or those within it who think this is normal, helpful and sustainable are a laughing stock and should be called out as such. As I've said about others in and out of Kildare. | |
