Former Moorefield double winning manager Dessie Brennan to manage Eadestown
I thought Sos Dowling was the manager in 2006, ???
You could be right Gaa1928... I think I misread a line in the article and took it to mean he managed both teams. But he might have only managed the year of the second win of that double.

I see on Twitter that Ballymore are going with Moorefield's Mark Murnaghan and Niall Hurley Lynch. Think they won All Ire junior ladies with Wicklow this year. Moorefield another hot spot for managers, not unlike Rhode in Offaly.

But not good enough to get Moorefield job? Woulfe and Murnaghan would have fancied it I'd imagine. They are prolific at applying for jobs to be fair to them

I'm sure both would have taken Moorefield gig as first. Dream job manage your own club, no?

If it's true that Mark Murnaghan applied for the LGFA Kildare job I am surprised he did not get it.
He was involved with their underage (Minor ?) before going to Wicklow and winning a League and All Ireland there---- This Sean Flanagan must have impressed and has Tommy Carr listed as a mentor but will he be an active one ??

Does anyone else find it really odd seeing Tommy Carr's name mentioned in any way with KIldare GAA ? Every time he is on commentary in a Kildare game, I find myself wondering how anyone can be so biased against one team & expect.to be taken seriously. He gives the impression that Kildare winning a game is just a horrible experience for him.

Carr was involved with Finnegan with Westmeath Ladies who won the All Ireland Intermediatethis year . He lives in Mullingar and has been involved with various development squads mainly with S&C I believe. Anyway , can't comment on his alleged anti Kildare commentary but must have a good relationship with Finnegan to get involved. Surprised they moved on but sure you never know what's going on..

Ballykelly have gone for George Doyle, former Laois player. Not quite Kildare but I see Edenderry have gone with Dubliner Ken Robinson. A highly regarded coach.
