Look game should never have been in doubt .They had done enough to win the game comfortably. I think the team is getting kickbacks from some local cardiologist. That was like a self-inflicted gunshot there at the end. People are saying the team played badly apart from the 4 or 5... not sure that's fair. Mediocre from most there. I do worry about the iq and decision making of some players there. They do something good and follow it by something a 10 year old wouldn't do. That goes for a few players unfortunately.
Look to be fair they got the win. The stupid mistakes by Doyle and Flynn Boiled my blood. Fair play to Sargent for the winner. Feely, kirwan and Niall Kelly all excellent. We didn't expect to be in this position last week. Thought it would be a westmeath victory and then one over us today. So we'll take that. But an awful lot of work is to be done.

I think some posters love to run kildare down on here .we are where we are at the minute and no matter how much abuse is thrown at them won't change that.but I will say we were comfortable until Kevin flynn was sent off (rightly in my view) 4 pts in front and were in control I think we wud have won handy but for that.ref didn't do us any favours either because we shud have got a free in wicklows build up to the missed goal opportunity at the end.the abuse on here is unreal lads unjustified. I can imagine the abuse a kildare player wud have got if he missed that last chance.as I said earlier we know where we are try and bring a bit of positivity to things and support them instead of this continuous abuse

Anyone, anyone, defending or finding hope in that utter shambles shouldn't be let near the coaching or training of a team at any grade in the county ever.
also lads I know It wasn't great in the end but we should of won by more if we didn't fuck around at the end of the game which allowed Wicklow back into the tie and also could of won it for them . but sometimes a win like that is needed and Will give the lads a big boost . congratulations to the players and management it wasn't pretty but we got what we so desperately needed. roll on louth
