Peter Kelly
Dermot Earley
Mikey Conway
Hugh Lynch
Ken Donnelly
Willie Heff

Anyone know what the update is on any of these. Who will be back for O'Byrne Cup, League, Champ 2012.

Sid Donnelly progressing nicely making regular half game appearances for club in friendlies at the moment. No doubt he will feature in the latter stages of the intermediate c'ship this year. Hopefully he will have a part to play in the next seasons assault on Sam

Saw Hugh at the Junior Final. Had a cast around the need and didn't look like it was coming off anytime soon. But I'm no doctor so not 1100% sure. Fingers crossed we'll all be fully fit and raring to go for next year.

mark o sullivan!?!?!?!?!? seriously, has he played a minute of championship for kildare??? in my opinion hes a good club player but hes been tried in league after celbridge won champ and to be honest was a country mile off the pace. i think inter county is a bridge too far...

Would your prejudice have anything to do with the fact that he is from celbridge? Maybe he won't make it but fact is that he was on Kildare panel before injury

not at all, celbridge have some very good players including o sullivan, id rate olly lyons as one of the top club footballers in the county, think he is goin to be a very important player over the next few years to kildare, just o sullivan has been tried and at this stage it hasnt happened for him and id be pretty sure it wont

You'd never want to see a player get serious injury, but I think this topic was started with reference to players who can and will improve the senior teams progress for the year ahead.
O'Sullivan does not slot into this catagory and it dosent matter if he's from Celbridge or the planet Mars.

Hopefully, for his own sake he will get back from the injury and get back playing with his club who will need him more than Kildare seniors will.

Perhaps if a few of the guys who did so well at junior this year progress into the senior setup, he might fill a slot in there. Senior...........I dont think so.
