Probably a long shot, but is there any chance Daryl could get back on the Kildare team this year? After watching us get cleaned at midfield throughout the league, I think (if fit) he would make us a lot more competitive there and would be a good partner for Tommy Moolick.

The last I heard he needed an operation on his ankle. Did he have the operation and is he backing training with the Kildare panel?

Whats the story with the Senior league games down for 6 o clock Sunday on a bank holiday weekend is it to do with Punchasestown being on?

+1 , but I surpose from a players viewpoint it doesn't matter too much as with the championship starting next weekend I doubt if many of them would be out socialising anway.

Still think that they could have played them on Saturday evening thought.

Its not even about Socialising.. Even getting away for the few Days is fecked up.. Personally I think they could have had a free Weekend, especially with the Championship the following Weekend.

Id agree with Seamus here. With Championship next week and with it being a bank holiday and Punchestown on, I don't see the need for any games this weekend. I'm sure all teams are in Championship mode at this stage.

I think the matchs this weeekend are really about getting the Kildare players back for one club game before the championship starts.

I hear the the Kildare panel are training down the country on Saturday, so much for player burnout.

What's people's opinion on hurlers not been allowed play with there club?most them have been only available for 1 game,our club needs them!There been made less available than the footballers
