| Folks, with the Senior Leagues Kicking off this Weekend, and maybe with signs of a New Management Team coming into the County set up, hopefully in the near future, would'nt it be a good idea to keep Results up dates, and maybe identify some New Talent that may emerge from the Matches Weekly.
Big shock last Night with Moorefield losing at Home to Towers.

Massive result for Towers considering they lost to Ellistown on Monday night in the Keogh Cup final. If I'm not mistaken, they played Moorefield at home in the first game of the league last year and got beaten by 20+ points. I think they'll win the intermediate championship this year. They've a lot of excellent young players coming through.

| And before anybody else says it, yes this is the sort of nonsense that cost McGeeney his position as manager! | |

| I don't agree topcat Geezer lost his job because he didn't smile enough, he didn't jump through hoops for ( to use Pat Mangans phrase) every Tom, Dick and Harry, because some clubs didn't get a match called off during the year and saw it as a chance to have a pop at the County Board and a variety of other reasons but hey don't worry there's a better option out there, he's brought this team as far as he can, we need someone better to bring them to the next level. .......oh wait! !!!!! | |

| The Clubs voted Geezer out, plain and simple, Clubs rallied other clubs to get rid of him, and i don't see any of those great people putting their names forward to take up positions in the County. The negativity from some is shocking, same people moaning about last Saturday's poor attendance at the hurling (less than 100) when asked were THEY not there ? No i couldn't make it......but i will moan about others not being there. Jason Ryan has urged all players to turn out with their clubs this weekend. Come on lads give them all our support over the next two games, i am hurting just as much as anyone but not as much as the Management and Players. | |

| Your right no point going over old ground but it's hard not too at times.
The team needs our support now more than ever and I will definitely to continue to support them the same as I always have. In regards to players playing or not playing with the clubs. It's a problem that will never be sorted. For example if Nial Kelly hurts his hammer playing for Athy and misses the U/21 game lads would be going mad saying what was he at playing. And I know he could get hurt in training but training is not the same as a competitive game.

| Jim you hit the nail on the head...training is not the same as competitive games yet Kildare lads always seem to have to train and rarely get club action. The U21s have a Leibster final so fair enough but some lads in the county panel need football. Some clubs only get to have their county men for 4/5 league matches. | |

| In keeping with the player watch we could all name the county men who play today and for how long... | |

No senior players were allowed play but both Dec O Flaherty and Ronan Fitzgibbon from the 21s both played.

| Well that's what they need. I'm sure White Bridge would note that Dan Flynn and P Cribbin need competitive games...how many have they played in 2015... | |
