The performance, and that is all I can call it, of the Raheens sideline last evening leaves me in no doubt as to the poor level of performance on the pitch this year. Roaring at officials and anybody else who would listen wasn't a great spectacle
They are at it all year. The manager needs to have a look at himself before his next job.

His backroom team were worse again , one of whom had to be asked to leave the playing area by the ref.

Tommy gill cutting the cast off his broken hand to play for his club is the type of hardy bastard we need in with the county

Is this the third or fourth time Adam is "back" after being dropped by Ger Brennan

Yes. If he does not want to commit that's his choice. He will always be a normal club player until he does a good stint with kildare
He never will.

Agreed lilysavage, great chance for Clane to make the final. They have looked the strongest team so far outside of Naas who remain the strong favourites.

The surface at St conleths Park was a disgrace at the weekend! I know it rains a lot in this country but with only 2 pitches to maintain for championship you would think they could have something in place for watering in dry spells

The pitch wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when you look around at how burnt some grass is. There were some odd bounces mind. What is the story with Tyrell? Never mind the county for now any club man who can kick points is something no team would say no to.
Will Moorefield have one more Moorefield in them v Sarsfields? It's a serious game at this time of the year.
Naas are the team to beat but in fairness Clane will take stopping too. Only saw 2nd half of Clane v Celbridge and the latter were very bad but there have been some odd games this year.

Venue: Manguard Plus Hawkfield Pitch 1, Team 2 Group A v Team 1 Group B 14:00
Venue: Manguard Plus Hawkfield Pitch 1, Team 3 Group A v Team 2 Group B 15:30
I would have thought that the team that finished 2nd in group A of the Junior would have played the team that finished 2nd in group B and not the group winners. This way the team that finished 3rd in group A has in theory got the better draw,
Group A winners are straight into the q/finals.

How old is Tyrrell? Surely near 30. Speedy recovery to Kevin Feely.

The be fair over the last couple of years in particular I think the 'noise' from the side line has increased significantly with the vast majority of it aimed at match officials. Probably most noticeable at Hawkfield though.
