All the very best of luck to Dermot who is having a second operation on his cruciate this morning.

He said last night on the Matt Cooper show that he's desperate to pull on the Kildare jersey again next year...we're desperate for you to as well Dermot!!

Awful news for Willie too, for the effort and dedication the lad has put into his club and county this is the last thing he deserves. It's a long and lonely road back but one he'll travel with plenty of friends and help hopefully. Here's hoping we see him back in the Nurney and Kildare jersey next year.
