Ah John Good to know you care. Just to let everyone know John boy has called us all cowards on his twitter account. He continues to endear himself to Kildare supporters.

Just remember any time he writes anything on Kildare in the future recall what he has said about the Kildare supporters it's manager and players.

He'll be remembered.

You'd think he'd be happy for us seeing as how former Tipp man Lacey is involved with the minors.

and 'he'll be remembered' excuse my ignorance, but how exactly? Giving pen warriors with hidden agendas like this hack airtime is exactly what he wants. Cant believe there is 2 pages devoted to this. If there was a thread started for every journalist who had a pop at Kildare over the last 2 years football would be the last thing talked about on this forum.

He's the lad who broke the Shane Supple rumour and Geezer had a go at him over it and therefore it's become a personal thing against Kildare I reckon.

OK admin. In fairness he just called people criticising him on this thread cowards, not Kildare people in general.

No matter what he says he has had a chip on his shoulder about Kildare for a couple of years now. Was it him the McGeeney offered out for a straightener but declined for some reason.

I don't have a twitter account but any time you see them they always have "views are my own" or along those lines. Yet they have their employers website or name there for all to see. Fogarty is no different. He's on there slagging a County's supporters. A County with a large population who his paper are trying to get buy their publication.
Yet he slags them off in public.
In any business if an employee is being negative about current or potential customers whether it's his / her own views in the full glare of anybody who wants to read it then they really should have a serious word.

To be honest a letter or email to his editor might not go amiss here.

Had a quick look at his account. Called Kildare supporters sheep but according to John that's a good thing as it's because we put huge faith in a manager.
I've never heard the term sheep being used in a positive context. It's almost as if he realised what he said and trying is to get out of the hole he is in.

It's the use of the word 'sheep' that is really at the centre of this. No way could it be construed as anything but insulting and I think it reveals his true feelings about Kildare.

I'm putting it out there right now, regardless of whether or not McGeeney is here next year I'll be putting no faith at all in the management team.
