| Thank God our county board had more common sense than to entertain the thought of sacking a manager before a ball was kicked in championship. We'd probably be in Laois' shoes now if they had. | |

| A side note O2 but it's some kick in the bollix for Mulhall and Hyland. Ryan will probably get another year and the 2 boys fucked off to America.
To make things worse I don't think they can play football there until Kildare lose. |

To make things worse I don't think they can play football there until Kildare lose. I'm pretty sure Hyland is the only one who can't play until Kildare are out, he featured in the championship whereas Mulhall didn't. I don't think they were expecting Ryan to be still manager next year. A competitive display against Kerry will see Ryan stay in my opinion. TOC is playing away for his club.

| So after another humiliation today it would be safe to say Ryan is toast. County Board meeting soon should get rid of him.
Who can we get, God knows but I always said you don't get rid of a manager unless you have some one better. Luckily that won't be a problem we will have to deal with as most club managers are better than what's in charge.
I just hope it's some one who you could get behind and bring a bit of interest back, because Ryan has just about extinguished any good over the last two years.

| Can't actually think or contemplate our next game after this let alone our next manager.
Darkest day following Kildare GAA and in that there were many.
Whoever the next man is has an absolutely mammoth task of picking everyone up off the canvas.
I don't suspect there'll be too many applicants . We'll be shopping in Pound World or Dealz. |

Sweet and juicy how are they for you. This is beyond unbelievable. There we have the proof that we all suspected all along. You actually enjoyed Kildare losing just so you could be "proven right" about the manager. SMFH.

| Get over yourselves it was tongue in cheek, I should have put a little smiley in there for those who's sarcastic radar is a little off. I hate Kildare losing but I have seen it for the umpteenth time on Sunday although never as bad and in person unlike some. In fact unlike some I have been to every Kildare game this year bar one league game. So your accusations run off me like water off a ducks back.
I can look at Kildare through stoic eyes and see what is what. Some of you need to see the bigger picture, Ryan staying would be calamitous. If it means Kildare losing one more match resulting in him getting moved on and starting afresh next year with a bit of optimism and a chance to improve the then so be it. As I said one more loss added to the multiple I've already seen over the years isn't going to affect me one bit. I don't like it but that's life.
As much as it breaks your heart ohtoohtobe after your hopes were raised last week, Ryan is finished and I'm glad about that. Kildare should move on now as soon as possible, get the new man in for the Club championship and allow him to start building.

| we should get our manager within the county unless a proven outside manager (like Miko in his day) becomes available, and that's not going to happen | |

If we let Jason go (we should) the new manager will probably be Brian Murphy.

| I'll be surprised if Jason Ryan is the manager for 2016 but I think we need to look at the county set up as a whole now at this stage. The county board have to take some responsibility too. Why are so many club players not willing to play for Kildare when they have the talent to do so? Why can't we transfer our underage success (Leinster minor champions 2013, 2015, Leinster U21 champions 2013) on to senior level? Something needs to be done to get the clubs on side again and have everyone pulling together now to make Kildare GAA the best it can be going forward. We can (and very likely will) change the manager but I think it's only papering over the cracks going forward if we don't look deeper and review the whole county set up at this stage. | |

If we let Jason go (we should) the new manager will probably be Brian Murphy. I think we will a Job filling this Role tbh, and while the idea of having a new Manager in place for the remainder of the Club Championship, its not a realistic One.. Murph is probably not ready for this Role yet. I like the idea of McStay.. does He live in Kildare ? My preference would still be Glen, but cant see Him being interested.
