Not that it made any difference to results but why was there a 6 day turnaround for some clubs to QF and a 3 week break to semi . What was the rush ?

Well I think he did tell Sarsfields that he was only there for one year.

You would imagine that if he does get the job that he will have to be starting fairly soon, the O'Byrne Cup starts in early December.

Good move. Jacks got Kildare tied up for next 3 years. Davy can get intercounty experience and position himself for the Kildare job down the line.

I would imagine, he saw Ross as one of Jack's selectors and figured the Kildare job might not come up for a number of years. Wicklow is a mistake for him in my opinion though, one of the high profile Dublin clubs would surely have come calling over the Winter and is a far better option than taking on Wicklow whose prospects are not exactly great.

When your not getting it at home , your bound to stray. Pity . Any player i ever spoke to said he is the best coach in the county. Even moorefield lads agree he is top class. Hopefully he gets back at some stage . Good move though. Start at the bottom. We struggled to get by them last year. Interesting if we meet next year

Managing St Judes wouldnt give you half the required experience you'd get with an intercounty team. And hes already done club with Confey and Sash so dont see any need to get involved in Dublin club football in order to better h8nself as a manager.

Apparently county board organising a fundraiser to buy Davy some new clobber for next year. Don't want him to be made a show of standing next to Paul Galvin on the line.

Rumour is Galvin will be first GAA manager to wear suit in dugout.

I'd expect Ballymore to win Sunday.. and Leixlip to beat Sallins.
The other semi is hard to call.. Clogherinkoe will be slight favourites I'd say.

A question:::::::::::: Does anyone have a full list of the Winners of Senior, Intermediate and Junior (A) Championships in Football and Hurling ?

The Senior Football winners are on Wikipedia but I would like to have all the others...……......

There are lists for each of those competitions on the following link from Hogan Stand, but it doesn't look like they have been updated in a few years as they stop at 2015.
