Indeed that 15 should've walked in the first half but it would have made little difference, he wasn't up to much anyway. No.13 was the difference between the two teams. A fine player and it's a crying shame he wasn't involved much with Kildare this year. He'd improve that weak half-forward line immensely. Number 11 and 14 weren't to bad either. Yere number 13 wasn't to bad either.

| How were Moorefield Lawrence’s able to move last rnd league game? Did they not all have to be played same time? |

| No realistic advantage been given to Larries to it being played before the others. | |

| No not neccessarily to Larries but possibly to the other other teams who were on 10 points. All games should have been played at the same time, it didn't happen and it ended up having no impact on the final standings but it is not something that should be allowed happen in future years unless in exceptional circumstances as this may well have been, I don't know. | |

I was at the game. Good game to watch as a neutral. Carbury were excellent, well drilled, dangerous going forward and very organised in defence. Moorefield found it extremely difficult to score despite having a lot of possession. Carbury dominated in the middle of the field and half back line and drove it on from there. Very impressed with some of the younger players on the Carbury side. They could be hard to handle at the serious end of the championship.

| 2 results not expected as everyone was lining up a Moors v Sash final -so was it Ross or Jack managing Moorefield with this result!!!!!!!!
One thing i will say and always believe there is massive merit in recognizing your limits and strengths and that is what Carbury do they might not have the full set of most skillful players but they work like dogs to the system obviously train hard and are very fit and strong and use their players strengths whether that's scoring or tackling or plain workhorses... well done Carbury

| Embarrassing scenes for the county board and mr Donnelly in st conleths park over the weekend where a Rheban player was left on the pitch for nearly one hour with a broken leg and no medical personnel or ambulance in attendance. Does this render the insurance null and void. Does a division 4 final not matter are caragh and rheban not entitled to be treated the same as Sarsfields or Moorefield. Where was the county boards event management plan a document club insurers are now insisting clubs have in place for events and games. The confusion and lack of anything near a plan at the game was embarrassing. The behavior of the very few county board officers in attendance gives headless chickens a bad name. We seriously need a significant change of personnel at the county board or we are going no where. I know some of you disagree and that is your right but we are going no where with our current leadership or lack thereof.
