Echo the sentiments of everyone here... After the opening round horrible evening in Hawkfield to win the all ireland is a massive achievement..One of the best (if not the best) character showing seasons from any side at any level.
Well done team and management, enjoy the celebrations

Been an absolute joy to watch this team over the last 2 years. Some of the football at times along with individual moments have been top class.
Fully deserved win on Saturday and they'll be wondering how they weren't out the gate at half time.
The attitude they've shown through the year has been great to witness. The improvement game on game after the Westmeath match, the way they've ground out results and kept going full pelt right to the final whistle when teams have got a run on them.
Incredibly impressive stuff from this group over the last 2 years and full credit to everyone involved.

All-Ireland winning U20 manager, Brian Flanagan, has informed Kildare Co. Board he is stepping down from his role, a role he has held for the past three season. In that time the JTB man has reached and won two Leinsters, reached two All-Irland finals, taking the title in 2023.
He did a great job and seemed to have a good team with him. Also seemed to have good relationship with the players. Well done Brian and his extended team.
