Well done lads, always good to beat that shower. Let’s have a crack at the All-Ireland now.

Fuck the lack of composure and mistakes, they’re teenagers playing in a provincial final against a team who were favourites for the All Ireland before Kerry rolled over Cork.
Finished extra time extremely strongly, plenty of turnovers at the back and in the middle third. Broke with pace and retained possession very well at times to run down the clock when needed.
Both teams made mistakes, both teams got dodgy decisions from the ref but luckily we came out on the right side of it for a change.
Delighted for them.
Derry or Down on Saturday the 6th now, hard to know what to expect from either of them really. Derry winning the minor All Ireland in 2020 and Ulster runners up at minor last year as well might edge it their way.

All the best scores were kicked by us, Dubs relied on frees mostly. Our tackling was fantastic at times and it was magnificent to watch a Kildare team squeeze an oppositions kickout .Mistakes made yes and a few brainfarts in that 5 min spell when we went ahead but they can be corrected. The fundamentals are strong. Kudos to Dalton for the cajones to work and kick that equalising point in injury time.

Well done to Brian Flanagan and all involved. 2 leinsters in a row. Hopefully they go one step further this year. The future is white!

Absolutely over the moon with that. Kildare much the better team. Squeezed Dublin until they eventually broke and withered away. Loads of heart and effort. Nothing left in the dressing room. Even though plenty of mistakes were made they never lost their nerve and we're brave to a man. Talent all over that team as well.
Well done lads you should be proud of yourselves. Keep it going now.

The fact that we continue to beat Dublin at under age simply highlights the fact that money and professionalism take over at senior level and have destroyed and been allowed to destroy Leinster football. Well done Kildare! Without the influence of Dublin's money we're better footballers.

I’m not sure about this sentiment. Dublin have got to the last 10 Leinster under 20/21 finals in a row winning 6 of them.
I don’t think we should focus on them anyway, we’ve enough good underage teams coming through to become an established division 1 team, that has to be the first step even though it feels miles away right now

Heroes one and all. I thought Dalton was immense. He’s a nephew of the great Davy Dalton I believe.
He's a grand nephew of the great Denis Dalton, no relation to Davy as far as I know. Fantastic young footballer with a very bright future

100% on this. Of course there were mistakes and there were a few times when the wrong player was at the end of a move, but Jaysus sake, that's probably after they burst through a few lads.
What I loved was that when they went with the ball they went. They ran hard and straight. Tere were so many hard yards made and the Dubs wilted as it went on.
Really delighted for everyone involved and some of the scores were immense too.

Last night was special, as someone said always good to beat that shower. That half back line is special James McGrath at six is an animal, reminds me of the likes of Glen Ryan Colm Boyle etc, incredible heart and is an absolute baller and something we don't normally produce. Really looking forward to the semi final now.

We win 2 in a row leinsters at under 20 age group and lads on here only see negatively, I thought we were excellent at times and never gave up hunted in packs and sickened the dubs with a mixture of the good ,bad etc ,but it was brilliant the way they wiped out the dubs in cramp time oh and the f word was brilliant as well

He's also a first cousin of Jack Robinson
And both are a cousin of former senior panellist and u20 All Ireland winner Jason Gibbons. Plenty of medals in that family which is unusual in kildare

I stand corrected, thanks for the info. Good bloodlines there, Davy senior and junior

Semi final fixed for Saturday week @7pm in Parnell Park
Parnell Park is a grand tidy spot that isn't used enough in my opinion.
Kildare: Aaron O’Neill; Mark Dempsey, Mark Barrett, DJ Earley, Stephen Comerford, Jason Gibbons, Jack Bambrick, Aaron Masterson, David Marnell, Darragh Ryan, Padraig Nash, Tony Archbold, Jimmy Hyland, Brian McLoughlin, Paddy Woodgate.
