| It's time to remove Jason Ryan . He has set Kildare back 10 years after the hard work and graft of our previous manager.
He has taken us from division 1 to Division 3 in 2 years.
He has lost the support and good will of Kildare supporters.
And most importantly he has lost the players in the dressing room.

| 100% agree. A disaster of an appointment. If he's here this time next year it's div 4 for Kildare. In one year he's managed to dismantle years of hard work. I'd f*ck the co board and all out with him! | |

| Ye lot were very quick to get rid of a manager that had you playing Division 1 football and getting to the quarters and semis of the championship.
Serves ye right. | |

| Id give anything to have McGeeney back. The majority of people wanted him to stay here but change the strength and conditioning. The clubs fucked us up because they had their own agenda. | |

| Jason Ryan carried on the demise our previous manager had started. Kildares rotten underage structure has come home to roost. No u21 all Ireland in 50 years let alone a senior in nearly 90 is all the proof required. Stop wasting money on the senior team, invest every penny on the underage and reap the rewards in 7 to 10 years. By the way, what did our previous management actually win while breaking us financially. | |

| Ah lads it's time to get over McGeeney. He's gone 2 years now. We need to look forward and build for the future. | |

A Leinster u21. A Division 2 league. Division 1 Semi Final. Successive 1/4 final appearances and an All Ireland Semi Final. A world away from back to back relegations Mary. I suppose it's not really your fault . You are from Milltown after all. |

| Rotten Underage Structure? You can say what you want about the senior team but the fact is we've reached 2 Leinster Finals at both minor and under 21 in the last 3 years. That is an improvement on where we were even 10 years ago. The problem is that underage talent may go down the drain. | |

What a view. He revolutionised our results, crucially our thinking and expectations and was changing our structures. In his last year, while rebuilding, we reached the top four in the league (now we are out of top 16), gave Tyrone a hell of a game on qualifiers that suggested we were still top 8, and had our under-21s as Leinster champions where now we take positives out of bottling it. And really, do you think trophies are only measurement of growth and success? By that logic Monaghan weren't successful last year, London 2013 was a mess, Louth losing a Leinster final in that fashion wasn't a big deal etc. What a pathetic view.

| milltownmary just asked a question. What did he actually win? In 6 years a division 2 title and an U21 championship. That was the answer.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. No need to call hers pathetic just because she doesn't agree with you!

| It was the clubs that got rid of McGeeney, well done to them. Too much looking after themselves, head guys making sure they get whatever business is going. Many clubs making sure they are down in the lower leagues when they should be higher up at underage. They d'ont give a crap about the future and today is the evidence. Division 3 will be no easier.
I have been to a few higher division matches in the boys U16 league, there a few lads that couldn't run very fast or pick up the ball properly, as well as booting the ball anywhere.
Gaelic football in Kildare is in a critical condition. Ryan has not got a notion what is going on. Conceding 24 scores to Roscommon at home. Losing at home to a relegated side. Not playing players from the county final teams. That is grand when you are winning.......

When logic is lacking and a point of view is pathetic, it should be called as such. I'm not the county board, I don't tug one off to whatever is populist.

If you are to work off that kind of logic our previous manager won 2 competitions In 6 years. The exact same amount Mick O Dwyer won in 2 stints over 10 years. That's without analysing the results any further and just working off winning cups. |

| We are getting completely off topic By the way.
This is an appeal to the county board to remove Jason Ryan with immediate effect.
Brian Murphy and a host of eager u21's including Neil Flynn are waiting. We've absolutely nothing to lose. |

We're going to be humiliated by Dublin and beaten by a top team in qualifiers at best, lose to Laois and a poor county at worst, so absolutely nothing to lose. As I said, M9 for a man without the sense to not take the job in first place given how it ended up a vacancy. People will say "how could he refuse". I believe in morals. And after that I believe in results.

| As I said our underage structure is rotten, Longford have won a leinster under 21 in recent years Westmeath also. Is that not comparable to us. If nearly beating Tyrone is deemed successful in your eyes, then God help you | |

A very interesting question. Success is hard to quantify and will vary from person to person based on opinion. Mary I presume has figures to back up her claim that our previous manager broke us. This should be interesting. I'll grab the popcorn Mary |

| Whatever he cost us, he was willing to back it up and crucially so were the players, out fundraising for training holidays to be a top team. I'd love to see this group out fundraising now, with all the belief of their leader taking them higher and higher. The money raised might get them as far as Milltown. | |
