Ogie apologies if it came across wrong, what I was trying to point out was that because someone on here is posting it does not make it mean they have the best for intentions for Kildare GAA . Everything should be taken with a pinch of salt.

As for shit stirring, there is enough of that going on without the like of me adding to it.

No bother Admin, I just think that you shouldn't be commenting on that, just taking action if it needs to be taken. In fairness, I would presume that there's more than one fitting the above description. You're spot on though, all comments should be taken with a pinch of salt and some lads make it very obvious.

Anyway, to tomorrow and I'm not sure whether Kildare will win. My heart is telling me my two points. I don't know if my head agrees. Either way, I won't be too bothered but I know I'm in the minority there!

Great game today,foley was outstanding so too chalky,great to see morgan back aswell.

Quite happy with that.. The Queens down the road nice and quiet. Have to say I wasnt too confident going in and then JD and leper not even togged out . But for some wayward shooting near the end we could have won easier.
Thought Chalky was excellent and Mick Foley also played real well. Morgan had a big impact in the few mins he played, Anyway onward to the royals...

Chalky, Foley, Flynn, Cribbin were all very good. Eoghan Flats kicked a fantastic score of the outside of the boot in the second half that was really the winning of the game. Flanagan done well also, one his better games in a while in the white shirt.
Bolton ran himself into the ground.
Hank and Ollie had a hard time against the 2 corners but to be fair Tierney and Munnelly are a handful for anyone.
I didnt like the long high ball game we were playing but we won which is the main thing.
Our season was never hanging on the result of this game one way or another.
We have goals which are beyond the national league, still its good to get the win against the queens at anything.

Delighted with the win, but I though we are still playing well below our level. A lot of aimless kicking and poor decisions made.
Laois were decent but I doubt they have much more in them.

Foley was excellent and as has been said Chalky was up there to. Hugh McGrillen was as usual very good. Flats the younger showed class in the last two free to win it and Rob Kelly done well. Flynn in Midfield made a big difference.
Jimmers showed in flashes that he is coming back to form.

What pleased me the most though is we beat them with half a team out.

Great day out in Newbridge today. Good win which puts us on 5 pts.
Agree Jimmers made a big difference, and I thought that Foley and Daryll Flynn both had good games. Good to see him back. Keith Cribben fought for the ball every time and put a few over.

scrappy game today,struggled at times with the overlapping runs from laoise players but we never gave up and worked hard to close them down. got some nice scores and young flats kicked 2 great points from frees at the end. laoise were very negative with there dragging and pulling of our players and also the played almost all the second half with 15 players behind the ball, not very pleasing to eye but it seems to be the way of many teams nowadays. thought the standard of referring today was poor for both teams. connolly in goals can save points now as well as goals, another steady performance from him. a good win overall and hope the push on now to see can we win our remaining games and set ourselves up for the rest of the year.

Great result today. Good to see a fighting spirit back. Well done lads.

It wasa very enjoyable match today. It's always nice to beat Laois.
Daryl Flynn made a big difference especially when he went onto Clancy.
Kavanagh made a difference when he came on too, we badly needed that goal.
Eoghan O'Flaherty's points at the end were brilliant. Sweeney did well today too.
It was a big improvement on the last two performances anyway.
Roll on Meath next week!

Delighted with the win today, lots of positives to take from it!

Great to get the win today, we didnt play great but it'll keep the squirrel eaters quiet for a while.

Foley was immense as was White, Mcgrillen and Cribben were also good.

Thought the referee didnt do us any favours, alot of soft frees awarded to Laois but we won so I dont really care.

Yep, decent performance.won without being anywhere near first gear?lucky goal helped but over all a win is very much a win. I thought we played some lovely football in the two scoring spells in the first half. Moved the ball very well and our forwards looked to have the beating of their men.

Playing with the wind in the second half I thought we played a little into Laois' hands by kicking long hopeful ariel balls into a crowded full back line. For most of the game Laois were playing two extra defenders in front of their full back.

Once we changed our tac in the final 15 and running the ball at them we started to get our scores and win free's.

I thought Connolly, Foley, Lyons, Chalky, Flanagan, Flynn, Cribben, Dowling, Eoghan Flats, Roli and Kelly all played well.

Special mention for the Laois keeper who's kick outs against the wind were very good, its a pity his midfield went home!

Great result and the team showed great character to come from behind to win and with the ref doing them no favours either, some of his decisions were very strange to say the least. Connolly was great in goal and I think he's the keeper for the future. Great performances from Foley, McGrillen, Chalky, Flynn, Roli and Flats the Younger, things are looking up. As was said by other posters Kavanagh is starting to hit form which is good.
A result like that is brilliant when you have to live among the Queens. I was surprised the County Board didn't put on Squirrel Burgers as a specialty instead of that half time draw, it would have brought in more money I would have thought.

Great result 2day. Didn't expect the win but was impressed with the character the players showed. The performance wasn't without it's flaws, thought the supply of ball to the fowards wasn't good. Can only see us improving as the championship gets nearer though. Also we've still players returning from injury, I think we've as strong a panel as we've had for a long time.

Good day in Newbridge today. Again we have the attitude and will to win to play right up to the final whistle. Happy with that!!

Ollie lyons was superb also,Flynn was great.Most of the laois crowd taught it was a matter of turning up and winning.
