| Well folks any word on how Barry and the u21's are getting on. I know the so called training bans are just up but have they played any challenges. Heard they might be going to Cork this weekend for a game but wasnt exactly from a reliable source. Good to see a few of them are going to be involved against Longford on sunday | |

| Playing two games against Cork this weekend.... This afternoon, staying overnight and game tomorrow... Heard sessions have been tough so far, with plenty of the Curragh covered... | |

| ahmmmmm Snowman......the ban on collective training included the month of December 2010. So the stories of players running and getting sick on the Curragh cannot be true......punishments for such rule breaking include the withholding of gate receipts from this years ALL IRELAND championship.....Cards close to chest is a good motto. | |

| dont think ban applies to U21squads lads, could be wrong but think they are allowed to train away and counties are allowed 2 senior trail challenge games with development squads in the close season as long as no players from the previous years squad play. | |

| The backs look very weak on that u/21 panel.Surely there is better in the county. It includes some of the minor full back line of 2010 who were poor.
It's amazing to think that most forward lines on Kildare teams are better than the backs. It was the exact opposite around 1997 and 1998.

| I dont see comerford from maynooth on that panel? was he not minor captain last year? Cribbin is a huge loss, some player. |

| Comerford was on the last two minor teams but the Dubs targeted him last year and exposed a serious lack of pace... he'd die for the ball though and I'm sure he'll be there in the next couple of years.
Surprised Padraig Cullen from the 09 minors didn't make it in defence, he was brilliant in both the Leinster final and replay

| Saw Hannifin scoring three goals for UCC against Queen's in the third level league semi-final before Christmas... looked very, very good. He was full-forward so I'd probably go with him there with Dowling at centre-forward. | |

not picking on ya taibi just hate that attitude to football i would much rather have a slow tough half forward that can use the ball and not running up dead alleys
