there is no picture yet, as jersey isn't finalised. It was just a prototype at the Co Board Meeting.

Tegral were changing the logo, so that's probably why the jersey changed.

I thought Tommy would be happier that the jersey was practically all white, but I hear he is still on the Hill of Allen contemplating....

Heard the logo change will read Tegral Slates instead of just Tegral...

I'm not in favour of anything other than an all White Jersey, Stripes on sleeves, crest, sponsor logo and cilldara on the rear.

We are Kildare and we are all white. Not white with turquoise pinstripe or white with anything.

We are simply Gach Bán no Bán go Leor. Simplí Sin.

There's plenty of people who would prefer a flour bag jersey with no logos etc and there are plenty of people who like a bit of a modern touch put to jerseys. There's no harm
moving with the times & having some sort of slight modification with a splash of colour.
But if Fionn says no to the modern world, then that's that

Kildare are not changing colours. The jersey is still all white. Tegral are changing the colour of their logo, which they are fully entitled to do.
Modern jerseys will always have a slight pin stripe or design incorporated, it makes them more appealing t the people who are going to purchase.
If people like - they buy. People don't like - dont buy. Its all about choices and thankfully we live in a world where we are free to make these choices

Seen the jersey last night out in clane.There are 2 green stripes down the front and back.Its the same as was put up here during the week.Tergral slates wrote on front,nothing on sleeves and just crest on back up at neck.It looks great

Would love to know how much this jersey is going to cost hard pressed supporters, even more so after the budget.

Id expect it to be in around €50 which would be the standard cost for any jersey these days - Liverpool, Ireland Rugby/Soccer or a GAA jersey. And again, its your choice. If you can't afford it mate, then don;t buy it!

The jersey looks great to me and good timing too. Nice to see the CB using their heads - for once

A picture was put up of the design of the jersey, but twas removed for some reason.

How does wanting to retain our tradition colour equate to saying "no to the modern world".

That is my opinion,i'm sure some will agree and some will disagree.

Fone who cares what colour kildare wear, its whats in the jersey that counts. Fone you must be fit the way you race out of CB meetings to let us lnow whats going on. For the record, Kildare originaly wore green, changed to white somewhere along the line, maybe a clane influence, who knows. Morrefield were indicisive and went green & white If the sponsor wants to change their logo, thats their business. We will support them no matter what they wear.

o2b , you have lost the plot. What has Ireland got do with red & White ? this is a discussion about kildare. Kildare wore green in their first all Ireland campign, then changed to white. The point was if they changed their jersey we would support them, if it bothers you that they change the jersey, then thats your choice to support or not.
