Apparently it wasn't mentioned in referee Kinsella's report. So it appears that the yellow card was for the subsequent incident with James Kavanagh and they can deal with it. a 4 week ban for the snakey pr*ck then hopefully.

Ah f***. I never heard that Sigerson game was changed. Ah well.
Hawker must have been expecting a weakend DUC team and lumped on Kildare -4 at 3/2 with Powers. Well sort of....

With the League and Sigerson due I presume it will never get played now.

| Pity. Would have been nice to get a match into JD, Leper, Morgan and Rob Kelly before next Saturday. Was also looking forward to seeing how Fogarty got on. Presumably it won't be played at all now. | |

Gardai in Newbridge were oblivious to the action taken by Taibi and Hawker right across the road from them... Had a Kildare and Cork double so unless the match is rescheduled within 24 hours that'll be just a single on Cork so. Pity the match isn't going ahead. Tyrone got a decent work out last night, well first half anyways. Derry seemed to implode after what happened just before half time, but Tyrone still kicked some very good scores in the second half. Agree with others that it would have been good to get another game under our belts, help ease the likes of Doyle, Kelly and Leper back into things, and would have been good to see if the likes of Flynn, Roli, Fitzpatrick and Tommy O'Neill could keep up their good form against a stronger set up than the last few weeks. Hopefully the weather next weekend is better than it is now, won't be nice drinking a bag of cans down by the canal in the rain...

| That's disappointing. I watched most of the Tyrone - Derry match last night. Tyrone are moving well, they've a few young lads who look to be stepping up to the mark.
It's going to be a tough game next Saturday but hopefully it will be a good occasion with a decent crowd.
