| Hear that we might have a few injuries coming back from Portugal.
They are out there since last friday and one has been knocked out and another done a shoulder! They are up at 6:30 am running on the beach every morning.

| Not sure on names yet AWA but I heard the shoulder injury is bad (could well be Flynn, which would be a huge blow), I'll let you know if I hear anymore. | |

| Oh dear, sounds like the usual midfield injury jinx has started again. Hopefully its not too bad and we should have enough in reserve to get by Offaly. | |

| If true that'd be Doyle back in midfield which will make room for Leper in the half forward line if he himself is now fit. Makes us more mobile in my opinion. | |

| Not good news if Flynn is injured , we really need him at midfield. I think this game will show us where we are in relation to the championship. I would like to see Kildare competing well with Tyrone and coming away from Croker with a win. | |

| What's the team going to look like.
My Guess
1. Connolly 2. Kelly 3. Foley 4. McGrillen 5. Bolton 6. MOF 7. Lyons 8. Flynn 9. Doyle 10. Leper 11. Conway 12. EOF 13 Smith 14 O'Connor 15. Kavanagh
To be honest it's hard to fit them all in. Paudie could start at midfield meaning J.D goes into the half forwards which means one of Leper, Conway or EOF has to make way. How do you make that choice. If Flynn is not fit then that solves the equation as the midfield will be J.D, Paudie or Foley which moves Hank into the fullback slot which I don't like seeing.Hopefully Foley reverts back to no.3 There is also Earley who I would hope to see for twenty minutes or more. This team will be hard picked. Training this week will be interesting.
Looking forward to the game, it's a no pressure match so the outcome is not vital. It would be nice to beat Tyrone for once but it won't be the end of the world. I am looking to see how they have improved from that first league game. I've a sneaky feeling we might just nick it.

| So anyone know what the story is with Flynn then? One of the three or four most important players on the team I reckon. Be a massive blow to lose him. | |

You're so right O2... he's one of those that his importance is only realised when he's gone. Nothing flashy but effective. A real unheralded giant in the engine room. I don't think Kildare will win on Sunday as they're conceding too many scores to worse teams, although I think they'll give it a right rattle. I'd find it hard to give them any chance without Flynn as ownership of that area of the field is just vital against Tyrone (as it is against most teams to be fair).

| I think we have a great chance myself. They were the best team in our division this year but I think we are coming into a bit of form. If our defence can tighten up a little we will be there or there abouts. I really would love to win this game. A trophy in the cabinet and beating a fancied Tyrone team who many believe will win ulster. Would reallyu let the lads know we can compete at the very top level. Remember we have not beaten a top team under Mcgeeney (exclude dublin in o byrne cup) | |

| Will be close but I have a feeling that we will sneak it. Kyle Coney is a massive loss for Tyrone.

Heard they were. Up to and including Thursday. Not sure of times. Think the club shop in Whitewater might have them as well.

| really need to stop peter harte and mccarron storming forward this time these 2 guys have being the bases of there attacks all year and they have been punishing teams not just by getting on the score board themselves but causing overlaps and creating easy opportunitys for there forwards, for me callaghan and doyle will do as good a job as we can hope for on these 2 minimise the damage and they might catch them on a counter aswell | |
