The 6-7 week break is a pain, so start everything a little later should narrow that gap down to 3-4 weeks.... or else put 14 teams in Div 1 maybe ??

Or maybe split the Div 1 as they do in Div 2-4 ???

I agree Lomond 3/4 week is a good run in to championship. If they started it two weeks later I think it'd be fine. I do think the County Board should be commended for the changes though. Now the next thing to do should be plan weeks off every few weeks so players can plan holidays, stags and weddings. This will avoid the farce that happened a few weeks ago with Carbury.

It must be the only sport in the world where a month is seen as needed/adequate to prepare for one game. And that's just a hypothetical improvement on what's there now.

TMH and Rathangan promoted.
Ellistown play Kill at the weekend, so that will sort that out.

Still undecided who'll go with Ballyteague.. Monasterevin have to travel to Straffan and Clane, not sure of the other fixtures.

Am I right in saying Ballymore can still be promoted in place of Rathangan from div.3 Seamus?

Result. Straffan 2-10. Monasterevin 16.
It's a long time since we visited there and in no hurry back.
The referee did all in his power's to make sure it was all square.

If teams finish level on points, does it go to score difference or on the head to head ?.

It's head to head but with two fixtures if they've won one each I'd say it would be score difference then.

Tnx very much for that.
Is score difference over the entire league or in the 2nd tier only ?.
