Paddy Brophy didn't play for Celbridge, it was a decent game which Celbridge won with a penalty in the last minute.

I think its fair to say the new league format is working well so far. Division 2 in particular is serious competitive

I would agree that the new format is working well. Very few games that are completely one sided. On thing that sticks out to me however that their a couple of instances where teams are not in the Division that they should be. The most glaring one is Kilcullen in Division 4. Way to good for that level.

Lads, any idea of when the league semi finals will take place? Will they be straight after the last round meaning that county players won't be available? I see the hurling championship is falling on the same weekend of the last round of league, I'd imagine there'd be trouble if this clash is not avoided.

What's going on in Castlemitchell? Junior champs only 2 years ago. Their declining rapidly it seems.

Lack of numbers I would say, it's a real struggle for small rural clubs these days. We've lost 5 lads ourselves, all gone travelling since college finished up.

Rheban are a decent team, they're probably the only team that will give Ballymore any sort of trouble in the JFC.

JFC looks fairly one sided. Ballymore should win it handy I think. Rheban or Milltown might test them. The other teams look fairly poor.

I see Ardclough and Kildangan are conceding alot of walkovers in D4. What a shame. Especially Kildangan as I thought they had a good year last year.

After Sunday there will be a split in the divisions.. Top 5 and bottom 5.

Thanks Seamus. What happens with Division 1 then? In Division 1 there's only two games left after this weekend. That would mean all other divisions have two more games or will they run off the semi final of Div 1 straight after the league finishes? Does anyone know?
