Offaly played Kerry in a challange at the weekend. Ended in a draw. Kerry had played Dublin the evening before and beat them by 3 or 4 points I believe.

Meath and Offaly play this Wednesday night in Gracefield at 7-30pm with the winners out the following Wednesday against Kildare

Going by Alan Barry's record over the last few years I can't see Kildare getting near winning a Leinster hopefully i'm wrong we will wait and see best of luck to the team anyway.

Potentially a very good U21 team based on their minor performances. Hopefully Barry has learned from the previous years and picks the best players available. Not a fan of him but will support the team and hope everyone here does likewise. Be good to win a Leinster for the future of Kildare football.

I think the u-21 squad IS good enough to win a leinster. That is very obvious imo. Barry has devided opinions but I will be getting behind the team. I dont care who is in charge once the team perform. I have my doubts about him as a manager in a lot of ways so I just hope the players can produce. There seems to be a good squad there of lads who have the attitude and foolballing ability. I also think there are a couple of lads there who will lead by example too. I am very hopeful.

Lost by a couple of points.. Conceded 3 soft goals and armagh missed a penalty also i believe!

Correct. Serves no purpose whatsoever. that will do nothing for the game in kilkenny only turn people away from it even more and make the poor souls who do turn up and play become laughing stocks from the hurling fraternity. Wrong on every level
