| Haven't seen any prices yet..
But saw the county results in the papers on Monday and it's ironic.. Senior Championship results from both Mayo and Donegal. Maybe that's what we need to look at. Kilkenny win yesterday and their Club Hurling Championship is going ahead this Sunday. Should the county board be taking note for next year???

| Right down to business and time to get back to football and away from talking bollox....
how do we see these going?
St Laurence's-v-St Kevin's - Kevins on the back of getting relegated last week and not having a good year at all, lost their first game so all to play for, still co. players a big addition to the larries. Larries by 5 or 6
Athy-v-Suncroft - Athy will want to shake off the up and coming tag this year and prove that this team has serious credentials, if they hold Fionn Dowling, they should be too strong - Athy by 4
Leixlip-v-Round Towers - Both middling teams in the league, Leixlip having lost first game know its win or bust time, Towers are always a difficult team to beat in championship with a wealth of experience. Still think Leixlips youth and fitness will prevail - Leixlip by 3
Naas-v-Allenwood - Both evenly matched sides, Naas having won their first game will look to push on, Allenwood just after gaining promotion will be carrying momentum into this one and also the presence of JD. - Allenwood by 2
Kilcock-v-Maynooth - 2 contrasting league forms, although a local derby, only going to be one outcome - Maynooth by 6
Sarsfields-v-Celbridge - one of the ties of the round, repeat of 2008 final, Mark O'Sullivan, the difference between them that day obviously missing but Celbridge now have many senior and junior panellists to call on. Sarsfields with a nice blend of youth and experience are always a difficult team to beat in Newbridge, can see this one being very close - Draw
Clane-v-Ballymore - 2 division 2 teams to fight it out, if Clane can prevent Kavanagh from influencing the game and show some of the promise they showed for 40 mins against Moorefiled i can see them winning this one by a couple of points
Moorefield-v-Carbury - Tie of the round. Moorfield obviously the benchmark for every other team in the county at the moment, very strong squad and physical power. Carbury - touted by many as a darkhorse this year have more than enough to trouble the moorefield backline. Expect this to be close one, still think the moores have a bit to much in reserve and should prevail by a couple -Moorefield by 3

| Some prices for Suncroft and Kilcock for a 2 horse race. Going by those prices there is no point them turning up. | |

| the 2 longerans were injured so couldnt play.
Ross has been back training for a while now, gently getting back into things. After 18 months out with an injury like that, i can imagine it will take time before he is back fully fit. He played mid field for the senior B team in their win vs Clane last nite in the c/ship.

| TOM CROSS JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP TABLE P W D L F A Diff Pts Robertstown 3 3 0 0 56 25 +30 6 Two Mile House 3 2 1 0 40 29 +11 5 Castlemitchell 3 2 0 1 44 20 +24 4 Clogherinkoe 3 2 0 1 38 26 +12 4 Milltown 3 2 0 1 44 39 +5 4 Grangenolvan 3 1 0 2 32 36 -4 2 Cappagh 3 1 0 2 33 49 -16 2 Rheban 3 1 0 2 22 43 -21 2 Rathcoffey 3 0 1 2 35 45 -10 1 Ardclough 3 0 0 3 27 59 -32 0
i think c,mitchell will beat cappagh with 5 or 6 to spare. cloghs should beat grange although short key players. milltown wil overcome rheban with ease. the town will power past rathcoffey and there is talk that ardlough may not field a team against tmh. so that would leave robertstown and tmh straight into semis with castlemitchell, milltown, cloghs and grange "on scoring" into the quarters.

you have the scandal on the cloghs but wont spill . ill tell you this though if ya think ye will beat grange with key players missing i think your wrong ye would get it tough to beat them with a full team. if dean hanley is missing grange should win this game, also milltown wont have it all there own way against rheban a team fighting for a quarter spot but i do see milltown winnin by a small margin in a good game, i see the quarters been the same as you as i would give grange a better chance of winning than rheban

| Yeah i can see grange winning also, its should be very close but the fact that grange need the win more may be enough to get them over the line.I hear grange are mssing a few lads too.
Would agree with you on all the other results.

| Donegal players are being released this weekend for league games. This after being released for club championship last weekend. Hopefully kildare take note of how counties remaining in the all Ireland run their club scene | |

| Agree standhimup, its time to take off the cotton wool and let them play with their clubs all year round if thats what they want.
This place seems to be deserted since Kildare went out of the championship, very little talk of the championships at the weekend which is disappointing.

| Brilliant comeback from Ballymore. When Clane got that 3rd goal in the first half I thought we were finished but what a second half performance. Unbelievable point by James at the end, must have been 50/55 yards out. | |
